Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather Policy

Cancellations by the Traveler

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled departure are non-refundable and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows on the day of the tour are also non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our official booking channels.

Weather & Operational Conditions

• All flights are subject to weather conditions and the regulations of the aviation authority.
• In the event that weather prevents the flight from operating on the scheduled day:
• We will offer an alternative travel date at no additional cost.
• If the traveler is unable to reschedule due to force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
• All flights and ground transfers are insured and operate only when deemed safe by certified providers.

Delays or Missed Departures

• Travelers are responsible for arriving at the departure point on time.
• Late arrivals or missed flights due to personal delays (traffic, etc.) are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Minimum Passenger Requirement

• This tour may require a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. In the unlikely event the minimum is not met, we will offer:
• An alternative date, or
• A full refund

Force Majeure Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour in cases of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as:
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Strikes or transportation closures
• Government-imposed travel restrictions
• If the tour is canceled under these circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds

• All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We highly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. This can help recover non-refundable costs in the event of unexpected circumstances not covered by our cancellation policy, such as illness, emergencies, or last-minute travel changes.
